2. Booking and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment must be made in full unless a deposit is agreed. Payment methods include Stripe, bank transfer, online booking.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or postpone bookings if payment is not received as agreed.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You have the right to cancel a booking up to 14 days before the service without penalty under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (distance and off-premises contracts).

  • For cancellations within 14 days of the service, a cancellation fee of 50% may apply.

  • If we cancel a service, you will be entitled to a full refund or rescheduled appointment.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • You must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • Secure all valuables, sensitive documents, and personal items.

  • Inform us of any hazards, allergies, or specific cleaning product restrictions.

  • We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing issues, faulty fixtures, or unstable furniture.

5. Our Liability

  • Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care in accordance with UK consumer law.

  • We are covered by public liability insurance; however, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  • Our total liability for any service shall not exceed the total amount paid for that service.

6. Consumer Rights

  • Services provided are subject to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to services performed with reasonable skill and care and within a reasonable time.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
